o Fully vaccinated healthcare personnel should continue to wear face masks at work, except while dining, socializing together or conducting in-person meetings in break rooms. If unvaccinated healthcare personnel are present, everyone should wear face masks.

o Fully vaccinated residents should wear face masks during group activities when unvaccinated individuals are present.

o The settings listed here are higher risk due to data regarding previous outbreaks and transmission in congregate settings.

o As of now CDC congregate setting guidance remains unchanged. Facilities should continue to follow CDC guidance.

We are implementing some changes with your safety in mind:

Indoor Capacity Limits

The state of Michigan has set capacity limits based on square footage of all indoor areas.  We have made many changes to table layouts and changing locations of certain departments to make room for others.  Unless the state changes key guidelines  we will also be only utilizing a limited number of entry ways so we can more accurately control the number of people inside.  We understand that this could come as an inconvenience but ask that everyone respects our changes.

For many of you it is tradition here at Big Snow Resort to bring in a cooler of food & drinks for the family.  Because of capacity limits we want everyone to have a chance to come inside to warm up if needed.  This forces us to not allow any carry - ins.  Instead we encourage you to boot up and keep all of your belongings in your vehicles and use your vehicles for breaks. We also encourage you to bring food and beverage to keep in your vehicles. No carry-in food or beverage will be allowed into any buildings this year.

Lodging Check-in/Check-out

Due to state restrictions we ask that one person visits the reservation desk to check-in to the rental units.  Limit time in the lobby area.  For check-out please leave the keys in the rental and call 1-800-346-3426 to check-out.
