Take Off the Ski Cap and Let Your Hair Down

Ski by day, play by night—it’s all here at Big Snow Resort. There’s nothing better than kicking off your boots and kicking up your heels after a day on the runs. Fine dining, cafeterias, bar & grills and live music are featured on both mountains with free shuttle service available weekends and holidays.

“Our guests now have the choice of trying any dining experience and the convenience of our free shuttle service between the mountains,” says Tim Moon, Assistant General Manager at Big Snow Resort.

  • Cafeterias include the Sky High Café and Smiley’s at Indianhead Mountain and the Blackjack Café at Blackjack Mountain.
  • The resort features four bar & grills, three are located at Indianhead’s main lodge, base and summit and one is located at Blackjack Mountain.
  • The Lodge Restaurant in the Indianhead Mountain Main Lodge and Logger’s Lounge at Blackjack Mountain feature full dinner menus.

The resort features picnic sundecks complete with grill rentals for those sunny, warmer days when a mountainside cookout is calling. On nights, the stars seem impossibly bright and close, a gigantic bonfire takes away the chill and warms your soul. Most weekends feature themed events with live music at multiple venues and the resort hosts the annual Mountain Top Music Festival slated for March 18, 2017.
